Bernard Quayson -IT Specialist
What is Command Prompt?
Command Prompt, also known as CMD or Command Line Interpreter, is a text-based interface in the Windows operating system that allows users to interact with the system using commands. It is a powerful tool that enables users to perform various tasks, execute programs, and manage system settings through typed commands rather than a graphical user interface.
Command Prompt, or CMD, is like a magic chatbox on your computer. Instead of clicking around, you can type commands to make your computer do cool stuff. It’s like giving your computer secret handshakes to perform tasks, fix problems, or show off your tech skills.
